Payment and Shipment - Payment is required before delivery. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by cheque. If payment is made by cheque, please allow extra time for delivery of your order, as we do not despatch goods until the cheque has cleared through our bank.
It is the responsibility of the customer to physically check the contents of their order before signing for it. Once the goods are signed for or marked “unchecked”, we cannot claim for breakages and/or shortages and therefore cannot replace or credit anything for you.
All prices are correct at time of publishing this web site but are subject to change and availability.
We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification.
Title of goods supplied does not pass until the goods have been paid for in full.
Out of Stock Items - In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with any of the items you have ordered due to them becoming out of stock. We will notify you before your order is processed, giving you the option of choosing an alternative product or partial refund on your order.
Minimum Order - The minimum order that Norton360Link can accept is £12.99 plus postage and packing.
Postage and Packing:
Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 7 - 10 working days by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This means you will be required to sign for your parcel(s) upon receipt.
Delivery should take 3-5 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
Please note that we may need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
Larger orders will be sent by parcel force standard delivery.
Orders for Europe and the rest of the world are sent by airmail.
