Printing Issues and Solutions

Always make sure your printer is set on the correct settings

Always print a test run first

• Paper jams or will not feed into my printer
  
  Solution – Place an A4 sheet of paper under the Zoom Album Photo Sheet and hold the A4 sheet as the printer picks up the photo sheet.

• Photo Cover Sheet will not feed into my printer
  
  Solution – Place an A4 sheet of paper under the Photo Cover Sheet which should be place in the bottom right corner.

PC System Requirements for Zoom Album

Operating System - Windows XP OR Windows Vista
CPU - Pentium 1 GH z (x 32) or higher
RAM- 512MB minimum, 1 GB or more recommended
Available Disk Space - 1GB free disk space
Printer - Inkjet photo printer

Macintosh® System Requirements for Zoom Album

Operating System - Apple Macintosh OSX V10.2.6 and higher/Power Macintosh G3 500MHz or higher
Screen Resolution - 800 X 600 Pixels with 32 bit colour quality or greater
Available Disk Space - 1GB free disk space
Printer - Inkjet photo printer
