Returns Policy
Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item
Returns Authorisation - Before returning any item please follow our returns procedure by emailing Customer Services with:-
- Your Name
- Your Address
- Your Order Number
- The Reason for return
You will receive an email back confirming that we have received your request and to go ahead with the return of the item. We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:-
Faulty / Damaged Item - You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Duplicate / Incorrect Item - You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
