Printing Tips & Solutions

• Download the latest software version 'ZACeditor' from this site. Just press the download button, type in your name and address and follow the instructions.
• When printing your A4 sheet go to properties and select 'photo paper white borders'. Paper size A4.
• When printing your Cover go to properties and select 'photo paper borderless'. Paper size 10x15cm.

Printing Issues and Solutions

Always make sure your printer is set on the correct settings

Always print a test run first

• Paper jams or will not feed into my printer
  
  Solution – Place an A4 sheet of paper under the Zoom Album Photo Sheet and hold the A4 sheet as the printer picks up the photo sheet.

• Photo Cover Sheet will not feed into my printer
  
  Solution – Place an A4 sheet of paper under the Photo Cover Sheet which should be place in the bottom right corner.
